Discipline creates a standard lifestyle which makes us different from others. By being different, we leave behind a legacy of integrity and dignity. It is not what we take with us, it’s what we leave behind.
In meditation, until you don’t change, you don’t gain. The change has to be sustained to keep the gain. We can only improve what we sustain. We need to change our existing attitudes and beliefs.
If meditation is a part of a game then it is to establish order without force. Force is not a part of the game or the plan. As planning creates expectancy. In expectancy we don’t learn because learning requires tolerance. The clarity of direction gives rise to stability. Order is to create stability and balance.
