The Process of Meditation : Part 4

In the beginning of the meditation process we need an interest and need to pursue that interest.

During the process we need passion and action to see us through using various emotions. The greater the passion, the more effort we put in. We need to practice our passion to make it work.

We must trust the process, not understand the process. Trying to understand the process leads you into thinking. External understanding creates bodily attachment or stress. Understanding comes from experience.

The process is completed with a strategy – a gur – to be still.
