What is the relationship between time and meditation?
Meditation is coming out of time. Time affects everything : the body, mann (mind), soul, and environment. It touches and changes everyone. The relationship of time with the body is that it changes the body. Times ages the body. As the body ages, we are losing time.
Time commands its own respect, value, and its own worth. Time forces one to take responsibility. Responsibility forces one to take action by removing all other choices. The best action to take in time is to do meditation.
Meditation is a process which requires time in order to understand and practice. This can be done in discipline. Discipline makes a disciple through repetition. Every second in meditation brings change - it is an investment.
